The Börker Toren Tour will take place again in 2025 and for the 8th time. This
3-day motorbike ride for old motor vehicles will start on 11 September. The starting point, as in previous editions, will be in Westerbork.
Below is a brief preview of the BTT–edition 2025.
On day 1, we will travel through the Drenthe A–region, east of the city of Groningen, to the Hogeland. Then we will continue the ride to the Pieterburen area and drive back to Westerbork via the west–side of the city of Groningen.
The length of the ride is 230 km.
Day 2 takes us via Ooststellingwerf and the Frisian Woods to the outskirts of Leeuwarden. Here we visit a Zundapp–collector who also has a collection of material from the 2nd World War. At this location we also have lunch. Afterreturning to Westerbork, there will be a short concours d élégance and a short break .
The length of the ride is 210 km.
On day 3 we ride south to the watery Kop van Overijssel and via the south-west corner of Drenthe back to Westerbork. During the morningbreak we will visit anold-timer museum. In the afternoon, this 3-day tour will end with a short common meeting in Westerbork.
The length of the ride is 180 km.
All days the routes are mainly on 60 km roads
